 1 - Pls order via ORDER FORM, as this will be our first priority. Order via Whatsapp/sms/call/FB message will still be entertained.
 2 - Kindly check your inbox/boxbe/spambox within 12hrs of order form submission.
 3 - Payment must be made within the time frame given in the invoice. Pls notify us immediately if you intend to extend the payment period.
 4 - Receipt is compulsory to be sent to our email for any payment made via Cash Deposit or ATM Transfer. If payment is made via E-banking, pls include our email address to ease the process of checking and delivering your parcel.
 5 - Parcel will be delivered within 1-2 working days via Poslaju National Courier. Dispatch times may vary according to availability or representations. We will not be responsible for any delays caused by force majeure.
 6 - All prices quote are non-negotiable and exclusive of postage fee unless otherwise stated.
 7 - All goods sold are not refundable and not exchangeable.
 8 - We will not take any responsibilities for any lost or damage during shipping.
 9  - No Cash On Delivery. Payment must be made prior to meet up.
10 - No cancellation after payment is made.
11 - Backout buyers will automatically be blacklisted.
12 - Colors of pictures might be slightly different due to screen brightness of ours and yours.
13 - Pls let us know if you have any complaints or comments by sending email to us.
14 - Yafeeqa shall have the right in its absolute discretion at any time and without notice to amend, remove or vary the services or any page of this website.
