How to Order

Pls ensure that you have read and understood our Terms and Conditions before filling in the order form.

Step 1:

Click the ORDER FORM tab at the upper side of our website. Pls ensure that the email address filled is correct before submitting the form. Also, kindly provide us your full address to avoid delay in delivering your parcel.

Step 2:

We will reply your order within 12hrs, upon receipt of order form. Pls check your inbox/spambox/boxbe within the time range. 

Step 3:

Payment must be made accordingly within the time frame given to our bank account, as stated in the invoice. If no payment received within the period, your order shall be released to the next interested buyer without any notice.

For payment via E-banking, kindly include our email (yafeeqa@gmail.com) in the related chesterfield during the transaction. Email us the print screen attachment of your SUCCESSFUL transaction accordingly.

For transaction made via Cash Deposit @ ATM Transfer, scan copy of receipt is compulsory! Pls attach the scan receipt and email to us.

Step 4:

You are advised to send us the scan copy of payment transaction immediately to ease our process of checking and delivering your parcel. To reply any of our emails, kindly use the trail email to avoid miscommunication or confusion. (DO NOT compose new email)

Step 5:

We will proceed with delivering your parcel within 2 working days. Tracking number will be advised accordingly via email. In case of any delay, we shall inform you immediately.
